Refund and Return Policy

1. Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer a 1-to-1 exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition as received, with original packaging. Some items, such as perishable goods (casing fans, LED strips, mouse pads, woven bags, and T-shirts), downloadable software products, and free of charge items, are exempt from returns.

2. Refunds Policy for Hardware/Components/Accessories: 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days. If you haven’t received the refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. Non-refundable situations include unprovable damage cause, items not in original condition, or returned after 30 days of delivery.

3. Order Placement, Cancellation & Refunds for PC or Special Order:

  • Customers can place orders for custom-built PCs and special-order computer hardware (pre-order) via our website or customer support. By placing an order, you acknowledge understanding these Terms & Conditions. Order cancellation may be subject to different conditions based on the status of the order.

  • In case a customer has placed an order for a custom-built PC and our team has already assembled the PC, OR placed a special order for a specific component (pre-order) that is already being processed, AND then the customer requests to cancel the order and seek a refund, the following policy will apply:

    • Refund Amount: We will refund only 80% of the total order amount to the customer.

    • Non-Refundable Components: Certain components or services used in building the PC may be non-refundable. These may include, but are not limited to, software licenses, custom modifications, or premium services requested by the customer.

  • Please note that this refund policy is in effect to cover the costs associated with assembly, processing, and any non-refundable expenses related to the custom-built PC or special ordered components.

4. Sale and Promotional Items:

  • Items included in promotions are sold as-is and not covered by the standard warranty. They are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in the case of defective merchandise. The store is not liable for any issues arising from the use of promotional items. These terms apply in addition to the store’s standard terms and conditions.

5. Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, contact us via email at and return the item to: NO 46-2F, Jalan Setia Perdana BF U13/BF, Setia Alam, 10, 40170, Malaysia.

6. Gifts:

  • If an item was marked as a gift, the recipient will receive a gift credit for the return value. 

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

7. Giveaway Prize:

  • Giveaway recipients will be notified via email or WhatsApp and can choose delivery via courier or self-collection. Warranty coverage lasts for seven (7) days from customer receipt. In case of stock unavailability, a replacement item of equivalent value will be provided. Giveaway items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation.

8. Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

9. Hoolah/Split/Pace Payment Method:

  • For purchases using Hoolah, Split, or Pace as the payment method, any suspicious orders will be cancelled. Racuntech reserves the right to replace products of the same category in case of unavailability, with any price difference to be paid by the customer. Refunds are only possible before PC assembly or product preparation. Once assembly or preparation is done, refunds are no longer valid.
